What you'll be doing

As a Lead Consultant, you’ll take charge of client relationships, guide their digital strategies, and ensure their success with Shopify Plus and headless commerce solutions. Here’s what the role includes:

  • Strategic planning: Develop tailored e-commerce roadmaps that align with clients’ business goals and growth ambitions.
  • Client engagement: Act as a trusted advisor by conducting audits, discovery workshops, and delivering insights that drive measurable results.
  • Solution delivery oversight: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are implemented seamlessly, delivering value to the client.
  • Leadership and project management: Manage internal workflows, prioritize backlogs, and ensure projects are delivered on time and budget.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and client retention, while contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Who are we looking for?

We’re searching for a skilled and proactive professional who excels at balancing client needs with strategic solutions. You’re a perfect fit if you have:

Essential Skills:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce business like e-commerce manager or consultant
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct e-commerce audits and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective digital marketing and customer experience strategies.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients.
  • A creative mindset and a solution-oriented approach to tackling challenges.

Experience that is an advantage:

  • Experience working with tools like Klaviyo, Yotpo, Gorgias, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience managing multichannel e-commerce operations or digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and headless commerce concepts.

Location: UK, Sweden, Finland or remotely
