What you’ll do
Your mission is to drive customer acquisition and deliver world-class e-commerce solutions. This role is focused on solution selling, without delivery responsibilities.
Your key tasks include:
- Client acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their challenges, and positioning Woolman’s services as the ideal solution.
- Solution selling: Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals that address client needs and unlock their growth potential.
- Relationship building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with Woolman’s innovative solutions.
- Market awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and uncover new opportunities.
- Achieve results: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing your pipeline and closing deals with precision.
What makes you a great fit?
We are looking for a dynamic professional who excels in strategic sales.
The ideal candidate has:
- Proven experience in B2B solution sales, preferably within e-commerce or technology.
- A consultative approach to selling, with the ability to diagnose client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus).
- A results-oriented and analytical mindset with a knack for building trust and rapport.
- Willingness to learn
Experience that is an advantage:
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Previous experience working with fast-paced, high-growth businesses.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and creative teams.
