Role Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. This role is primarily sales-focused but will also involve customer delivery responsibilities to ensure that our clients experience maximum value from our solutions. You’ll play a key part in building client relationships and driving growth by understanding their needs and aligning them with our tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Solution Selling for large mid-market customers: Use your expertise in solution selling and consulting to identify client needs and propose solutions that align with their goals.
- Pipeline management: Ability to grow your own pipeline, and manage the sales process in an organized way
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their challenges, and positioning Woolman’s services as the ideal solution.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals that address client needs and unlock their growth potential.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with Woolman’s innovative solutions.
- Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and uncover new opportunities.
- Achieve Results: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing your pipeline and closing deals with precision.
- Travel: Be prepared for occasional travel to meet clients and participate in team gatherings.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in solution selling, consulting services, or a similar role within the B2B space.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales process, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Fluent in English, but other languages are considered as a bonus.
- Location Flexibility: This is a remote position, but we prefer candidates based in the UK, Sweden.
- Willingness to Travel: Some travel will be required to meet clients and attend internal meetings.
